I lead UX design for mission-critical software across a multi-device ecosystem including in-car camera systems, desktop, and mobile, improving usability for 1M+ public safety users in the US, Canada, and Europe. I designed and launched customer onboarding sites (CMS) and optimized the Out-of-Box Experience (OOBE) based on UX research, cutting support tickets through clear UX writing, intuitive workflows, and service design improvements.

I assisted with creating charts, maps, and infographics on state and national public health policies in Latin American countries using state-level and national data, and transformed them into static and interactive graphics. I also helped develop and maintain the graphics.

I worked with the design team to develop the static marketing site. I also directed the design sprint for the mobile wallet app and developed high-fidelity interactive prototypes by collaborating with the engineering team in agile development cycles.
